Work With Me

Do you struggle with depression or anxiety? Do you feel sluggish, unmotivated, or tired all the time, like you are past your childhood prime? Do you struggle with brain fog? Do you feel numb and unfulfilled? Unfortunately, most of us are not living our true potential. In fact, most of us are just existing, waiting for our death bed. This is not what God had designed for us!

The rates of mental health disorders, autism, cancer, diabetes, and other health concerns have risen exponentially. And through my own healing journey I’ve come to understand that ENVIRONMENT is a major factor in the epidemic of illness we see in the Western World today.

I offer coaching packages for individuals and families wanting to build a strong foundation of health. Following a holistic approach, I take you through my homemaking philosophy. These packages are designed for people who are struggling to make meaningful strides in their personal lives and families.

In order to take care of others you must first learn to take care of yourself. Whether you are a seasoned homemaker or a novice, I tailor our work to your specific needs and goals, giving you the necessary education, skills, and introspective work to build your own home from scratch.

Please see the listings below for more information on what I offer. If you don’t see a program that fits your specific needs, don’t hesitate to reach out to me as we can discuss alternative options. This work is about serving the real needs of families.

To make sure these programs are a perfect fit, sign up for a free 30 min consultation by contacting me below. On this call we will learn more about your health goals, reasons for wanting coaching, and to see if we have good rapport.

Program One – GAPS COACHING and DETOXIFICATION for Individuals, Couples, and Families

Together we will prep your kitchen, learn all the recipes integral to the GAPS diet, batch cook, make non-toxic swaps for your home, and implement a detoxification plan.

I offer coaching for individuals and families in your home or online.

To learn more about the GAPS Diet check out my blog post What is GAPS?

Whether or not you decide to implement the GAPS diet is completely up to you, if you are used to eating processed foods or if you feel you could never give up bread, there is no need to panic! It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed when starting this journey, but it is precisely my job to make your experience manageable.

If you simply want to learn about traditional foods and natural detoxification small changes are still beneficial! I will meet you wherever you are on your healing journey. I am trained as a GAPS Nutritional Coach, but I am also familiar with the Weston A Price Foundation, and Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon Morell.

This isn’t just another FAD diet. This deeply nourishing protocol is tried and true not only by my children and I, but by thousands of other GAPS patients worldwide. Dr. Natasha Campbell-Mcbride, the founder of the GAPS Diet, helped her own child heal from autism!

Program Three – Mommy and Me In-Person Postpartum Support Groups

This is a 3-month program, offered at various times during the year. I typically run two groups, simultaneously. Group 1 Runs from 9:30am-12:00pm and Group 2 runs from 1:00pm-2:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week for the duration of the program. We will read Being There by Erica Komisar, Discipline Without Damage by Dr. Vanessa Lapointe, and learn Emotion Coaching by John Gottman. This program is meant for pregnant and postpartum mothers and their babies 0-24 months of age; siblings are also welcome. This program is about understanding how to best support baby without losing ourselves in the process. It is about redefining motherhood in a society that is so quick to devalue the role of Mother. We will learn how to listen to our intuition, face our fears, and become creative problem solvers in taking a path less traveled. Further, we will support one another and create intentional communities that nourish our children’s souls. All materials are included in the cost of the program.

What To Expect:

  1. APPLY – Acceptance is based on a first come first serve basis. I keep my groups small so that each member feels they are getting the support they need. I require a 50-dollar nonrefundable registration fee to secure your spot.
  2. Once accepted into the program you will receive a disclaimer agreement as well as a rules and expectations agreement. I ask that you sign these documents and either send them to my email or print them out and hand them to me on the first day of the program.
  3. On the first day of the program, you will receive your Mommy and Me Package. This consists of your copies of Being There by Erica Komisar, Discipline Without Damage by Dr. Vanessa Lapointe, and Emotion Coaching by John Gottman, a few pens, and a journal. During this time, we will simply get to know each other and go over the rules and expectations of the group. Toys will be available to play with at every session.
  4. I designed this program with self-care in mind. Often times our needs come very last when raising children. Therefore, a family style meal is provided each session as well as access to a shower, bath, and beds. This gives mothers the chance to eat a nourishing meal, freshen up, and even take a nap.
  5. Another unique and optional component of this program is what I call Rotational Home Support. This is where members of the group can sign up to host a session in their own home, starting after week 4. The host is asked to send me a list of needs that would help her feel most supported in her current stage of motherhood. This could range from helping her clean her home, to batch cooking a few meals for her family, to allowing her space to nap, take a shower, exercise, etc., so long as it can fit within a 1.5-hour window. I will then coordinate with the other members of the group to delegate certain tasks. The day of the session, after doing our book discussion and meal (provided by me, not the host), all members would take part in helping the host with her specific needs.
  6. At the end of every session, I will provide homework. The homework is encouraged, but not necessary. It is this self-reflection that lays the groundwork for deliberate and intuitive parenting.
  7. Once the program ends, members are invited to join my Facebook group Making a Home Postpartum Graduates where members can continue to offer each other long term support.
